Fun House…

Dan picked up this awesome house just a couple of days before Christmas on a whim and we had no idea how it would turn out, it just looked fun! It was so cheap and so easy to pop up and turned out to be the BEST gift! This thing is massive. They can color the outside, and play on the inside, there are doors and windows, the kids LOVE it! They have been living in the basement coloring away on this thing, playing restaurant and house and every other game imaginable! Great job baby!

Oh Happy Day!!

We had such an awesome Christmas Danica was a little sleepy so she wasnt loving being in pictures, but we all opened presents and got way too much good stuff from Santa!! So whats next on Mommys agenda?? Going through all the old stuff and hitting up goodwill! My basement is FULL!

Christmas…

Ahh…I LOVE Christmas morning. I love to get up before my kids and in the stillness thank my God for the gift of His Son. I get more and more emotional every year about Jesus coming to earth as a precious baby. Maybe because I have children of my own now and I am overwhelmed by the sacrifice, or maybe because every year that passes I am more and more aware of my great need for that tiny magnificent baby, “who taketh away the sins of the world”. I’ll post plenty of pictures of the fun we had when our little ones rushed down the stairs to see the treasures under the tree… but tonight… tonight no pictures. Tonight I am pondering in my heart. Jesus the Christ, born in Bethlehem, a baby born to save, to save to the souls of man….Hallelujah…Hallelujah…

Ballerina…

Taylor! Grandma and Papa got Tay her very very favorite present EVER! This pretty ballerina hasn’t stopped dancing since she got her beautiful Leo and tu tu!

Christmas with the cousins…

We had Christmas with our cousins and it was AWESOME! This picture happened on the first try…

And if you believe that, you’ve never tried to take a picture of kids, this is a much better depiction of our picture experience, and it makes me laugh so hard I cant take it…

I adore these kids. I am SO grateful they live close to eachother and get to be a part of eachothers lives.

Hangin’ out…

With Sawyer and River! They hung with us last night while they’re Mom and Dad went out, it was so much fun! The older kids watched a movie in the basement, I think they were a tad sleepy after all the running around, soda, candy, ridiculousness, etc….
